How much should I order?

We have provided a Tile Calculator on every tile product page. It should be used for estimations only. If you prefer, you may follow these steps to calculate the amount of tile you will need for your project:

1. Measure (in inches) the length and width of the wall you wish to cover with tile.
2. Multiply those two figures to come up with square inches.
3. Divide your answer by 144 to give the total number of square feet required for that wall.
4. Repeat for each wall and add the totals.
5. You should round up the total by about 5% - 10% since you will most likely need a bit more than anticipated.

Example: You wish to tile your shower area. There are two walls that will be covered with tile. Each wall is 96 inches tall and 48 inches wide.

• 96 x 48 = 4,608 square inches per wall
• 4608 / 144 = 32 square feet per wall
• 32 x 2 walls = 64 square feet minimum
• 64 X 1.05 (5%) = 67 square feet

Where can I use glass tile?

Glass tile is rated to be used almost anywhere: Most commonly, it is used in kitchens and bathrooms for backsplashes and tub/shower surrounds. It can be used outdoors on patio walls and in swimming pools. Essentially, glass tile can be used in most places that you would use ceramic tile. However, shiny glass tile can be a little slippery for many floor installations and should be avoided in high traffic areas.

How do I install glass tile?

Is glass tile easy to clean and maintain?

Absolutely! Glass Tile should be cleaned using a regular (non-abrasive) household glass cleanser. A light touch and a damp cloth is all you need!

When will I receive my glass tile?

Most orders are shipped within three business days. If we are out of stock on an item we will send you an email letting you know the status of your tile, and when you can expect to receive it.

How do you ship the tile?

Most orders will ship by FedEx, UPS, USPS or common carrier. We will strive to find the most economical and efficient way to get your tile to you quickly and safely. Average transit time can vary depending on your geographic location.

We will confirm your shipment as it leaves the warehouse and will provide you with a tracking number for your reference. All of our shipments are insured. Can I return the tile if I don’t like it?

Yes. We accept returns on most items unless they are special order (please refer to our Return Policy page for non-returnable items). Items that are returnable will incur a 25% restocking fee to process the return. If an item is defective, we will replace the item at our cost.

Please do not return anything without obtaining authorization. To return your unwanted products please contact us. No packages will be accepted without a return authorization number posted on the package.

Any items returned without authorization will be refused.

Do you have a sample program to help me decide on my tile choice?
